What happens if my invoice is past due date and I still haven't paid?

All members are given 3 days after the passage of due date to pay the outstanding amount. If the amount is not paid despite this extra grace period, MyGhar reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement, along with a fine of 2500 Rs which will be deducted from deposit.
