Is all maintenance covered in the fees?

Your monthly fees only covers one time maintenance. For e.g. if a door lock is broken during your stay we will replace it for free the first time. If it happens a second time during the duration of your stay, you will be charged the end-to-end cost of replacement and labor.

Please also note that MyGhar will not furnish anything in addition to what is already present at the property. Any additional furnishing expense must be borne by the member themselves.
