What is included in the fees?

The fees is inclusive of weekly cleaning, washing machine and utility bills (exclusive of ACs). Complimentary Wifi and Drinking Water service is provided by MyGhar, however this is not part of the member monthly fees. Members are free to arrange their own internet and drinking water if they are unsatisfied with what MyGhar offers.
